Dear Repsected Sir/Madam,

We are in a process of undergoing intercountry adoption from once of the agency in Mumbai.  I have all relevant information / procdeure /process about intercountry adoption but I am trying to find out   any additional legal information from Bombay High Court point of view over and above guidelines set by CARA india. 

I am looking for a judgement passed by Dr. JUSTICE DHANANJAYA Y. CHANDRACHUD and JUSTICE ABHAY SHREENIWAS OKA
with regards to release of court order unless we give undertaking and / or bond and secondly making an investment of USD5000.00 towards a fund in case of failed adoption and child needs to be repatriated mainly from sepcial needs children point of view ( we are in a process of adopting a girl of 7year age and as per CARA guildlines more than 5 years old child is treated as special needs children)

Looking forward to hearing from you, or any pointers so that I can read up.
