Interpretation of law depends on the person, how he studies the law, and inter-relates that law with other relevent laws, uses relevent landmark judgements in his interpretation. I remember, when I was a school boy, 50 years ago, there was one senior advocate practicing in District Court, Karwar. Any matter, whether civil or criminal, he was making use of Articles of Indian Constitution and relevent landmark cases mostly based on Constitutional Law. He firmly believed in the fact that, for any laws in India, Constitution of India, and land mark Judgements of Constitutional Law are the back bone of any legal matter. My father has seen his argument in District Court of Karwar, that only constutution law can save any legal matter in India. For constitutional Law interpretation, based on its landmark judgements, sky is the limit for interpretations based on Constitutional Law. I believe in this fact, and be it a family court matter or a criminal matter or a co-operative court matter, sky is the limit, as for all laws in India, Indian Constitution is the base, and hence as honourable judge has rightly said it, sky is the limit for the interpretation of the law.

I agree. When the member of bar council doing such job and unreasonably broken victim's life to got fruadulent order in favour of client who are noy laiable to get justice. Why judiciary not take such step where victim informed to the concern authority who has power to take sue-motto.

But strange some information not able to give on this page it was shameful ....I feel bad when judiciary sheilding, protecting own defaulter members and discriminating that "Aap akele hai aap ke piche koi hona chahiye." In female harassment case female advocate demoralized to the victim,insulting to the victim. 

How is compulsary for someone stand behind the victim then only get justice. why not consider on merit,law and social justice.

What i have faced last 7yrs I would like to all judiciary members that -Kya sexual harassment case karane ke baad ,writ file karke govt se permission leni chahiye marriage ke liye..??

why judiciary has failed to give me timelly justice. timelly justice can save victim's familly life. where high court and supreme court has power when delibertelly some enemy harassing her after got supari on her life.

there is no justice system which protect to victim and give the justice within time. The supreme court must be use the unlimited power to save the female's life where few members of bar spoiled name of nobel profession.our M.P and M.LAs has not time to listen the public grevivances where the supereme court has play good role in favour of society.

Present time money borden and easy money spolied family life of the husband wife.   

i feel that if honble s.c itself ignores the statute , it will lead to complex situations as the role of court as interpreter of statute gets defeated...
