Goals and Objectives

To develop the standard of practice in the State of Bihar
To assist and advice the State Government on policies and laws that will make the state friendly for Business Investments
To work with Bench on assisting in removing Legal Backlog of cases through out the state of Bihar
To work to improve the legal education standards among Law Universities and Colleges across the State.
To work with Law Enforcement Agencies (such as Police and CID) to improve the quality of investigations and level of prosecution among the Investigating agencies.

Current Activity

To help shape the local SEZ policies in the state of Bihar
To conduct workshop on Ethics and Professionalism among Legal Community.

Manan Kumar Mishra is Regional Chair, National Bar Association of India. He is designated Senior Advocate under the Indian Advocates Act, 1961 and has expertise to represent in Civil, Criminal and Commercial Laws in India.

Mr. Arun Kumar, Regional Co-Chair of Patna, Indian National Bar Association (INBA). He is a practicing advocate in CAT, Patna & Jharkhand since 1994. He is a Standing Counsel of Patna High Court, BSNL & CAT, Patna. He is also a legal advisor of Nehry Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority and Magadh Stock Exchange Association and various NGO’s. He also received World Human Rights Promotion Award in 2001.
